Department of Social Services Special Program

The DSS Medical Care Administration and HUSKY dental services are now administered through BeneCare.

Call BeneCare’s Customer Service Representatives toll free at 1-866-420-2924, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If your dentist no longer participates with the dental program you can ask the BeneCare Customer Service Representative to help you locate a new dentist.

Benefits Include:
  • Emergency Services
  • Oral Surgery, inclusing tooth extraction, biopsy and other surgical procedures

  • Prevention and Diagnostic Services which includes X-rays, cleanings, fluoride treatments and sealants

  • Restorative Services which includes fillings, root canal therapy crowns and full and partial dentures

  • Orthodontic braces but is limited to members who qualify based on the severity of tooth position
